Submission Guidelines


Abstracts of 250-300 words (English) or 400-500 words (Chinese) can be submitted to the conference e-mail: by 30 April 2019. English and Chinese abstract guidelines are provided below.

The deadline of abstract submission is extended to 30 June 2019.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

The abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word format with the following information:

  1. Abstract title

  2. Name(s) of the author(s)

  3. Author affiliation(s)

  4. Contact email address(es)

  5. Body of the abstract of around 250–300 words. Please outline the research aim(s), method and research results

  6. Three to five keywords

Detailed guidelines are as follows:

  1. Title: 14-point Times New Roman, in bold capital and lower case letters.

  2. Name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s): 12-point below the title, with one blank line after the title. The Western naming convention, with given names preceding surnames.

  3. Contact email address(es): 12-point Times New Roman

  4. Abstract: 11-point Times New Roman, single space, and justified, between 250 and 300 words.

  5. Keywords: 11-point Times New Roman below the abstract, with one blank line after the abstract.



  1. 論文提要可用中文撰寫,字數以四百至五百字為限。電腦打字請用新細明體12點。

  2. 提要須以MS Word檔準備, 並以電郵寄到下述電郵地址

  3. 提交論文提要時請注明:(1)論文題目;(2)作者姓名;(3)所屬單位;(4)通訊地址和電郵地址;(5) 研究目的, 研究方法與研究結果;(6) 三至五組關鍵字 。

Paper Presentation and E-proceeding Submission Guidelines

If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to register for the conference and present your paper. You must complete your registration by 31 July 2019. In the case of jointly-authored papers, at least one of the authors must register for the conference. Please note that your paper will not be included in the conference programme until author registration has been completed.

Each paper will be allocated about 25 minutes for presentation, including a 5-minute question-and-answer session. The exact presentation time may differ slightly depending on the number of presentations in each session. The Session Chairs will keep time and ensure that presenters respect their allocated time limits.

Full paper submission is optional. If you wish to have your paper included in the e-conference proceedings, then you must submit your full paper by 31 July 2019. The full paper should be 6 to 12 pages in length and must comply with the formatting template of the paper sample shown below. All paper submissions should be sent to
